As a Mindset and Behavior Nurse Coach, I will guide you through a customized wellness plan that focuses on building healthy habits, mindset shifts, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Receive personalized support tailored to your unique goals and challenges. Together, we’ll create sustainable habits for long-term health and personal growth.

Path 2: Programs

Our program pathway allows you to choose where you want to start based on your current needs and goals. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there’s a program for you.

If you're ready to dive into a comprehensive wellness program, the Weight Wellness Program offers in-depth support for nutrition, fitness, and mindset. Whether you’ve completed the Bootcamp or just want to jump straight into a full program, this is the next step toward achieving sustainable, long-term results.

Kavana Kula

Kavana Kula is designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and community. You can join Kavana Kula as a graduate of the Weight Wellness Program or as someone who doesn’t need Weight Wellness but is seeking a wellness-focused support group to maintain and grow healthy habits.

Path 3: Studio Classes + Workshops

Step into the serene and calming environment of the Kavana Clinic Studio, designed with a peaceful, meditation-inspired atmosphere. Our zen-like space invites you to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
