The word "Kula" carries rich meanings in both Sanskrit and Hebrew, symbolizing community, inclusion, and togetherness. In Sanskrit, "Kula" means "community" or "clan," representing a close-knit group of individuals united by a common purpose. In Hebrew, it can mean "community" or "all of it," emphasizing the collective strength and unity within a group.

What you'll experience in the Kula

1 / Personal Accountability and Growth:

Aside from the support of the kula at large, each member is paired with a buddy for added accountability and personal growth. This partnership provides ongoing support as you apply the Kavana principles to your life, helping you achieve your personal wellness goals.

2 / Monthly Habit and Behavior Focus:

Every month, you’ll choose a specific habit or behavior to work on, applying the Kavana lifestyle framework to implement it. Whether you’re focused on weight maintenance, body image, mental health, or overall wellness, you’ll have a clear path to success, tailored to your individual needs. At the end of each month, we will come together for a monthly ceremony of celebration, where we reflect on the past month's achievements, celebrate our progress, and look forward to choosing our focus for the new month.

3 / Optional Weekly Meetings and Guided Practices:

You can join optional weekly meetings where members share their wins, struggles, and receive advice from the group. Additionally, each week offers guided Kavana practices, including mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathwork, to deepen your self-care routine and enhance your overall well-being.

Since you’ve already gained an in-depth understanding of the Kavana lifestyle framework during the Weight Wellness program, you can jump right into applying these principles with added focus and accountability.

Kavana Kula is also open to women who are looking to improve their overall health and well-being, even if you haven't participated in the Weight Wellness program. This path is ideal for those who want to adopt the Kavana lifestyle’s core principles—mindfulness, self-care, and healthy habits. If you’re new to the Kavana lifestyle, you’ll start with an introduction to the framework, covered in weekly meetings, and then move on to join the Kula.

Whether you’re continuing from the Weight Wellness program or joining with different health goals, you’ll find the guidance, resources, and sisterhood you need to thrive.
